These Terms govern all purchases, custom commissions, and services provided by WOODHARBOR INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (Trade Name: Wood Harbour Atelier). By placing an order, you agree to these statutory terms under the laws of the Republic of India and High Court of Odisha jurisdiction.
1. Solid Wood Craftsmanship
Each piece is handcrafted from kiln-dried Indian Sheesham (Rosewood) and CP Sagwan Teak. Natural wood grain variations, knots, and mineral streaks are inherent characteristics of real timber and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
2. 100-Year Timber Guarantee
We provide a 100-Year Structural Timber Guarantee covering frame mortar-tenon joinery under normal indoor residential use.
Privacy Policy (DPDP Act 2023 & GDPR)
WOODHARBOR INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is the primary Data Controller for personal information collected under the Information Technology Act 2000 and Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023. We collect names, delivery addresses, GSTIN numbers, and payment tokens solely for order fulfillment and tax invoicing. We never sell personal data.
Disclaimer
Solid hardwood is an active organic material. No two timber slabs or handcrafted carvings are identical. Display monitor calibrations may result in minor color tone variations. Dimensions carry a crafting tolerance of +/- 3mm to 5mm.

Track Your Order Status
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We deliver pan-India via specialized White-Glove Freight. In-stock catalog items ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order catalog items require 3–5 weeks. Custom commissions require 6–10 weeks.
Return & Refund Policy
Standard catalog items carry a 30-day trial period from delivery. Items returned in original condition are eligible for a refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee and return freight costs. Custom commissions are non-refundable once timber milling begins.
Cancellation Policy
Standard catalog orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement. Custom bespoke commissions cancelled prior to timber milling are eligible for a deposit refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
